OUR CLINIC UPDATES ON COVID-19

May 19, 2020

We’re Back!

We are happy to let you know that the Alberta Dental Association and College has lifted the suspension on routine dental treatment in Alberta. This means we can continue to provide all aspects of dentistry, including check ups and cleanings.

The safety of our staff, patients, and our community is a top priority and we have made some changes to keep everyone safe and healthy.

We have implemented several new clinic policies and procedures. These include but are not limited to; new detailed pre-screening procedures for both patients and staff, changes to the flow of our office, and you will see our staff wearing enhanced PPE.

Please know that Alberta dental clinics already maintain an Infection Prevention standard that is amongst the highest in the world. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is an essential part of those standards and are worn not only to protect our staff but also to protect you.

We are currently booking routine treatment and our dental hygiene services will resume on June 1st, 2020

Please call 403 342-4402 to book your appointment.

Stay safe and we hope to see you soon!

Due to the current news, there is a misconception that Alberta dental clinics are now open for business. We want to ensure you are getting correct and up to date information on the current situation for all dental clinics in Alberta.
Alberta dentists are providing emergency and urgent dental care only at this time.
Routine treatment is still under suspension until further notice from our regulatory body which is the Alberta Dental Association & College (ADA&C).
We will continue to provide updated information on this Facebook page and on our website. If you wish to be placed on our list to be contacted as soon as we open for routine treatment, please fill in our contact form.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Have a great day and stay safe!

March 19, 2020

Good morning,
Due to recent news, there may be some confusion as to whether dental clinics are allowed to continue to treat patients, so we would like to take this time and clear any misconceptions.

The good news is Dr. Neil and his staff did not attend the Pacific Dental Conference in Vancouver this year.

If you are experiencing dental pain, please call our office at 403 342-4402 and one of our highly trained staff members will answer any concerns you may have.

Alberta dentists who did not attend the dental conference are available to treat dental emergencies only and will have a screening process in place to assess patients.

If you are in dental pain please do not go to the hospital. We are here for you and will continue to update you as more information is available.

In the meantime, please stay safe!
